Jupiter2000 is delighted to announce that it has received SAP partner center of expertise (PCOE) in Egypt on 8 June 2012.

SAP (PCOE) is a new certification that has been introduced by SAP active global support organization. It is a prerequisite for Jupiter2000 to provide support value added re-seller (VAR) customers and provides further recognition for non-VAR support customers of our high quality support services for SAP business All-in-one and SAP business object's solutions.

The PCOE covers a channel partner's entire support center including support stuff, support process& infrastructure, it also ensures that the minimum set of SAP support standard tools, solutions, related skills quality & requirements for the delivery of maintenance are met by partners.

SAP PCOE certificate is valid for 2 years and will only be renewed if the organization is continuously meeting and upholding the requirements of the certification.
